Introduction

TaggoAI is a service provided by Taggo Ltd ("Taggo", "we" or "us"), located at Da Nang Software Park, No. 50B Nguyen Du Street, Da Nang City, Viet Nam. These TaggoAI Terms of Service (which we refer to as the "Terms") govern your use of and access to TaggoAI and your content in TaggoAI. Our Programme Policies outline your responsibilities when using our Service.

Your use of TaggoAI requires that you agree to the Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use TaggoAI.

Your use of TaggoAI

During use, you need an account and password registered at Taggo, the number of accounts depends on the packages you sign up for.

Your TaggoAI Account.

You will need a TaggoAI Account in order to use TaggoAI. To protect your TaggoAI Account, keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your TaggoAI Account. Try not to reuse your Taggo Account password on third-party applications.

If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or TaggoAI Account, follow these instructions.

Your Content.

TaggoAI allows you to upload, submit, store, send, and receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

Announcements.

In connection with your use of TaggoAI, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Notify Customer by Email about new features or Contact Customer directly for technical or other support to improve user experience.

Privacy Protection

TaggoAI's Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use TaggoAI. By using TaggoAI, you agree that TaggoAI can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We will implement and maintain all necessary internal safeguards and to the best of our ability; administrative, physical, and technical to protect the confidentiality and integrity of Customer data.

Programme policies

• Do not actively change the data generated by the Customer. This does not imply that the software system can automatically modify the size and format of the data to suit the display purpose and function of use.
• Do not access Customer's data except in the case of technical error correction or Customer's request or in cases where it is required by law.
• Do not disclose Customer's data except in one of the following cases; accepted by you and is subject to the law, or the circumstances set forth in this clause.

Customer's Data

Customer Data is any information that Customer submits, uploads, transmits, or otherwise makes visible on TaggoAI.
